Sales Support

● Assist the foreign sales team for making a quotation on our system and compare the price to be attractive for customers, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.
● Support Reservation Team with hotels or suppliers to complete the booking confirmation as promptly.
● Response to make the best quality and value quotation offer as match to customer inquiries from International Sale Team to offer customers quick and make a great profit with great amount of time/promptly and can do as many quotations as possible/days.
● Assist to the Reservation Team for follow up with the hotel regarding booking confirmation, special rate, room availability or other relevant.
● Make calls to check room availability, rates, stop sales, blackout, while collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
● Troubleshoot issues clients may encounter during their trips and provide timely solutions.

● Thai Nationality only.
● Experiences in Travel Agency/Hotels/Hospitality or related.
● English efficiency.
● Excellent communication skill
● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and working well under pressure.
● Passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
● Prefer Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as needed (OT provided).
● Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of colleagues and clients from around the world.
